Welcome to the new Azalea Lakes North Web Site, designed with you in mind!
Our goal is to improve communication between all the members of the Azalea Lakes North Homeowners Association - the residents, board members and committee members. Our web site will be a great tool to accomplish this goal! Here you'll be able to view and print our restrictions and by-laws, meeting minutes, treasury reports and newsletters to keep you informed of what's going on in our neighborhood and our association. You'll be able to access interesting neighborhood news, zoning issues, road information, plus city and state information, along with important phone numbers. A calendar will be posted with board meeting schedules and social events that are planned. You'll be able to view and post your photos of the lake, neighbor get-togethers and social events, too.
Our Home Improvement Committee has documents that you can download if you plan to do any home improvements. All of the necessary requirements for your improvement are listed on the application to make it easy for you to understand. It's very important that you always have prior approval for any planned alteration or addition to your property.
Because of the many reports of trespassers fishing in our lake, the Lake Committee has created decals to be posted on your boats to protect our lake. Check out the Lake Committee for more information and how to get your free decals.
We also have a page for each officer and committee along with their job description and a link to contact that member. As with most homeowner organizations, our board and committee members are volunteers who serve our residents and are concerned individuals willing to take the responsibility of looking out for the best interests of the subdivision as a whole. These are dedicated non-paid volunteers give much of their time to serve our community. It's so important to have active involvement from the residents for us to succeed in our goals of protecting our property values and making Azalea Lakes North a great place to live.
We really hope that each one of you will consider volunteering in some manner, even if it is in a small way. The more residents we have working together, the more ideas we can share, and the more we can accomplish! We invite each of you to attend our board meetings on at the Jones's Creek Library on the 4th Tuesday of every other month at 7 PM. Check the dates are on our calendar!
It's important for residents to report any violations of our restrictions. If you're not sure about a possible violation, the restrictions can be downloaded in the Documents & Forms section. We also have included the 10 most common violations that we see in our neighborhood, available in the Neighbor Relations Committe section. Please contact the Neighbor Relations Committee by email or phone if you observe any violations.
We hope you will find this web site informative, and enjoyable, and will come back to it often! Don't hesitate to contact any of the members of your board as we remain committed to working together with all of you!
